The Process

All Passengers MUST complete the online Arrival/Departure Card.

You will have access to the portal 72 hours before arrival or departure.

You MUST save the Arrival/Departure receipts containing the QR Code for presentation to officials.

Please print the receipts containing the QR Code or download to your mobile device.

Using the online Arrival /Departure Card provides you with the convenience of expediting your movement through our ports and enhances your travel experience.

What do I need?

Each passenger MUST have the following:

Valid Email address

Flight Information

Valid Passport

Copy of Passport biodata page (JPEG or PNG)
